Hughes was a pioneer with internet protocols and still provides all the background technical support for such sites as the Weather Information Network, Any Search Info, BlogSeek Directory, Weathervine and  SharewareSeek to name a few.

Hughes Technologies, Inc. designs line-powered telephony circuits, Central Office equipment, Computer Security Devices, Fax Security Devices, Custom Software, Firmware and currently working on Renewable Energy Distribution. We also provide special design consulting and designs for the Cypress PSoC ® family of Microprocessors. 

Lawrence is also Hughes’ Principal Engineer (Chief Engineer) and works in that capacity most often.
